What materials do you use?
Our handmade pieces are created using fabrics sourced from local fabric shops, selected for quality, comfort, and durability.
For manufactured products, we use materials chosen specifically with dogs in mind—focusing on fabrics that are safe, comfortable, and suitable for everyday use.
How do I choose the right size?
Please email us if you have any questions! Meanwhile, you can refer to the size guide in the product listing before ordering.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Handmade items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a handmade item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review and resolve the issue.
For all other products, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How long does it take to process the order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume periods.
Can I request custom orders?
